The double-lined hood combined with a heavy duty, oven grade, braided 304 stainless steel gasket create the perfect insulation and seal for maximum heat retention. With an integrated Wi-Fi controller and free Twin Eagles Mobile App (iOS and Android) and three (3) temperature probes, you have the freedom to control your multiple food items from anywhere you desire. The grill can also be controlled using the integrated weather proof touch screen control that allows you to manually set temperatures from 140-725 degrees Fahrenheit or simply choose from one of the several pre-programmed food items with multiple levels of doneness. This pellet grill has a 16 gauge stainless steel vaporizer plate that promotes natural convection and turns drippings into flavorful smoky vapors. This grill provides direct heat cooking to beautifully sear your steaks, chops or vegetables with the radiant heat briquette tray or the lump charcoal tray. You can easily access the front load 13 pound pellet hopper to check the pellet level and refill your natural wood pellets when necessary. The grill has two (2) independent drip tray drawers with removable and disposable pans for easy clean up and additional storage for accessories. The grill has three (3) hanger hooks allowing you to suspend your meat over the grill surface for even cooking and smoke flavor. All fabricated stainless steel components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. The stainless steel cooking grates, briquette tray, charcoal tray, indirect/vaporizer plate, burner pot and drip pans are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years. All other grill components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase your Twin Eagles grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn and private clubs), Twin Eagles warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes restaurants and settings where grill usage is primarily commercial.

Scottsdale, AZ | Best Hybrid Pellet grill out there I had originally wanted to get another grill (starts with a M) that was a little cheaper, but hearing a lot of user complaints with the technology not accurately monitoring the temperature or even allowing the grill to operate I started to look elsewhere. The best thing about this grill is its ability to change out the normal grill plate with ceramic briquettes or a charcoal tray. This allows you to sear or get that charcoal taste without having to go ceramic or basic Weber. Front loading pellets gives you more options on where to place it which coupled with the upward vent on the back allowed me to have near a wall for maximum space. The ash waste design into two slide out drawers makes it easy to clean. That coupled with the cool down cycles finishes burning the pellets in the box which makes the next start up easy. I have to say the electronics from setting up the WiFI for mobile control and updates was straight forward and although a little confusing on the instructions - has never had to be reconnected, although I only use it really to monitor long cooks like brisket. Smoke plus mode runs the fan on high for more smoke when running pellets, but the charcoal tray with a few chips will create more smoke. Wanted to right this review as there wasn't a lot of good reviews out there probably given the price point, but has been an excellent purchase and use it 3-5 times a week year round in AZ. Texas | Not close to worth the money This grill does not do anything close to what it purports to do. The smoker portion does not work at all. It does not cook as advertised.
