Full Description: Peterson Real Fyre 24 Inch Charred Oak Log Set With Vented Natural Gas G45 Burner - Match Light: Unless chopping down trees for warmth becomes all the rage again, the Charred Oak is a less labor-intensive alternative. Savor the rich bark detail and charred wood embellishment. When lit, flames will leap from between the logs and highlight the charred space in the front log and glowing ember bed. Designed to run on Natural Gas, the main burner of the G45 emits generous undulating flames enhanced by a conspicuously effective front ember burner. The vented G45 burner provides hour after hour of hypnotic glimmering flames. Set must be lit with a match after the main valve is opened. Add a burner-mounted AV-17 or AV-18 valve if the main valve is not easily accessible. Burner produces 90,000 BTUs.

Check the minimum middle width, depth and height fireplace requirements for your fireplace to see if this gas log set will fit your fireplace. Be sure to only measure the usable floor space of your fireplace. Avoid measuring the space in front of your fireplace meant for cosmetic purposes, like a a brick ledge, glass door or mesh area, or any other decorative area.

The G45 offers the same pipe burner as the G4 but adds a "T" shaped, extra front burner which accentuates front ember presentation and adds even more depth to the flame, while maximizing warmth. With this burner, you will see more glowing embers and a small row of front flames, adding even more realism for your fireplace.

Match Light: The Match Light lighting method is the basic method featuring no pilot valve assembly at all. All you have to do is place your match or lighter in the fireplace near the log burner and turn on the gas with your key valve already installed near your fireplace. Control the flame height by adjusting your key valve.
