Full Description: PGS Legacy Pacifica 36 Inch Built-In Natural Gas Grill: This high performance PGS Legacy Pacifica 36 Inch Gas Grill has a generous 720 square inches of main cooking area and features a high-quality 304 stainless steel grill head and control panel, three high output stainless steel 25,000 BTU heavy-duty Enterprise burners unique cross-lighting for fast and safe ignition. Only PGS offers a uniquely positioned commercial grade heat indicator that is mounted on the right side of the grill next to the cooking grids to give you an accurate indication of the heat at the actual cooking surface. The control panel is angled for easy reading of the control knobs. The control knobs have heat resistant phenolic inserts for added safety. PGS Pacifica grills have unique Moon Rock all ceramic briquettes which give you a robust flavor, control unwanted flare-ups, and to provide even cooking results. This gas grill also features unique heavy duty 5/16 inch stainless steel rod cooking grids with Vari-Grid spacing added flexibility, Sure-Start continuous spark electronic ignition, convenient lighting tube for ignition backup, and 260 square inch stainless steel warming rack.
