Love this Grill pan!!
I preheat this pan in the Oven at 450 degrees, Then use the stove top burner to cook the steak, 3 min on the first side and 1 1/2 min on the second side. Perfect steak every time.. Also a great grill pan for bacon..

Durable, Attractive Design, Easy To Clean, Easy To Use, use a brush hotwater and a little coarse salt to clean
