Full Description: Horizon Smokers 20 Inch Ranger Backyard Smoker Grill: The Horizon Smokers 20 Inch Ranger Smoker Grill is the big brother to Horizons 16 Inch Ranger Smoker and is possibly the most versatile BBQ smoker ever created. This unit allows you to do three different types of cooking - all at the same time! The offset firebox contains a charcoal grill perfect for grilling steaks and burgers. The horizontal BBQ chamber can maintain the ideal barbecuing temperature of 250 degrees for hours. This is the perfect spot for cooking ribs, brisket, pork roasts and chicken. The vertical slow smoking chamber cooks at temperatures from 160 to 200 degrees - perfect for sausage, fish, turkey, jerky and even cheese. The firebox is 20 diameter x 22 long and includes a charcoal grate and framed cooking grate. The horizontal chamber is 20 diameter x 44 long. It comes with chrome cooking grates and an ash clean out tool. The vertical chamber is 20 diameter x 51 tall. It contains three 19 inch round cooking racks, as well as a hanging rod in the top of the chamber for hanging large items. In total, this unit features 2137 square inches of cooking surface. There is a 10 year warranty on the welding structure, and a lifetime on the burnout of the firebox.
