Full Description: Horizon Smokers 20 Inch Marshal Smoke-N-Wagon Trailer Smoker Grill: The Horizon Smokers 20 Inch Marshal Smoke-N-Wagon Trailer Smoker Grill is a larger version of the popular Grill-N-Wagon. Horizon mounts the 20 Inch Marshal Smoker onto a 40 inch wide x 118 inch long custom built trailer, then give it 15 inch tires and wheels. Behind the smoker is a double burner fryer system that makes this rig a true mobile kitchen. This smoker features over 1200 square inches of cooking surface. The cooking chamber measures 20 diameter x 44 long. The firebox measures 20 diameter x 22 long and includes a warming tray. In addition, the Marshal comes standard with framed cooking grates in the cooking chamber and firebox, a heavy-duty charcoal grate in the firebox, and an ash clean out tool. The front shelf is 12 inches wide. The double damper system makes temperature control easy. From a low 160 degrees for slow smoking to 250 degrees for barbecuing, all the way up to 325 for grilling, this smoker can do it all. The Smoke-N-Wagon also includes a wood storage box with slide-out prep table and a double burner fryer that is great for frying, boiling, or warming up enough water to clean up after your event. There is a 10 year warranty on the welding structure, and a lifetime on the burnout of the firebox.
