Review wood chips? Why not ...
Seems odd to be reviewing wood chips, but these are actually quite good. Work especially well with a big gas Weber. I use these instead of the larger wood chunks when I am cooking smallish pieces of beef, like steaks, rather than huge slow cooking slabs of brisket.
