Overall Good Product
This is a good product overall, but after 2 months of use my grill has warped on the inside. Be careful, the tray that holds the charcoal is not sturdy enough.

Cut out dimension too small!!
Grill came with no installation instructions or owners manual. Cut-out dimensions given on line were too small which was stupid because there is a 3/4" lip all the way around the grill. The cut out could have easily allowed a 1/4"-1/2" extra room and saved alot of trouble.
