Back to smokin with Old Smokey
The vertical I purchased came with a thermometer that was 63 degrees off accurate. This Old Smokey is right on the money as I tested it in boiling water 212 degrees on the button. It's easy to read and installs easily using the 1/2" nut on the back to fasten it to any surface.
