As our options indicate, stainless steel has several different grades.
201 Stainless Steel contains manganese & nickel. It has many of the same properties as 304 stainless steel, but it is more economical.
304 Stainless Steel contains nickel, which makes it more resistant to corrosion than either 430 or 443 stainless steel.
430 Stainless Steel does not contain nickel, which makes it less resistant to corrosion than 304 stainless steel.
443 Stainless Steel is a new technology that contains no nickel, but it adds more chromium than 430 stainless steel, replicating the higher resistance that 304 stainless steel exhibits.

Steel
Steel can come in several forms. The first is powder coated steel, which consists of a steel interior covered in a finish to give it shine. Porcelain coated steel protects the steel interior from rust and makes surfaces easier to clean. Simple painted steel offers a cosmetic, cost effective option.
Aluminum
Aluminum does not have the same shine that other types of materials do, but it is known for being incredibly long lasting. Its unique look and durability make it a unique and effective choice of material.
Ceramic
Ceramic is a non-metallic solid prepared by heating and then cooling. Ceramics retain heat and moisture efficiently and offer versatile use such as grilling, smoking, and roasting.
