    Tony’s relentless energy and incredible knowledge of food science originated in his family’s New Orleans restaurant. After running his own restaurant in the early 2000s, he joined BBQGuys as a jack of all trades (and master of many). Tony now has over 10 years of experience test-driving every possible type of grill, which gives him the flight hours to pilot our Grillabilities℠ series.

    Randy has a passion for food and family. Prior to joining BBQGuys, he spent 5 years as the Head Steak Chef at Baton Rouge’s legendary Ruffino’s restaurant and 3 years creating almost-too-pretty-to-eat prepared meals for Whole Foods. Although he started on the customer service team, Randy now shares his culinary expertise as our resident Grill Master and recipe creator.
